AiMed 2024 Terms and Conditions

Attendee Requirements

• You must pay the registration fee to attend the event.
• You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs.
• AiMed may record, film, or photograph you at the event and use the footage for promotional purposes.
• AiMed reserves the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or venue.
• You must wear your badge at all times while at the event.
• You must comply with all visa requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not share, transfer, sell, or trade your badge.
• Be respectful of other attendees and staff.
• Do not spam or distribute unsolicited marketing materials.
• Do not post obscene or offensive content.
• Do not use AiMed materials for commercial or advertising purposes without permission.
• Do not publish AiMed copyrighted content without permission.

Fees

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• You may update your registration to a different type of pass (e.g., in-person to virtual) up May 1 2024.
• If you are a speaker, you will not be refunded your registration fees.

Cancellation, Substitution, and Lost Badge Policy

• Once you have registered, you cannot cancel your registration and get a refund.
• You can update your registration to a different type of pass up to a certain date.
• If you lose your badge, you will need to purchase a new one.

Privacy Policy

• AiMed will not share your personal information with third parties without your permission.
• You can choose to provide your contact information to exhibitors at the event.

Intellectual Property

• AiMed owns the intellectual property rights to the event, including the content and materials distributed at the event.
• You may not use or reproduce any AiMed trademarks or other intellectual property without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability

• AiMed does not make any warranties about the event or the materials distributed at the event.
• AiMed is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the event.
• AiMed's liability is limited to the amount you paid to attend the event.

Miscellaneous

• AiMed is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 
• If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

COVID Safety Precautions

• AiMed is following all COVID-19 safety precautions recommended by the CDC.
