AIMed24 was founded by Dr. Anthony Chang, a pioneering figure in pediatric cardiology and artificial intelligence in medicine. With an M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine and advanced degrees from Johns Hopkins, Harvard, and Stanford, his expertise spans clinical care and innovation. Dr. Chang has led pediatric cardiac intensive care programs at Boston Children’s Hospital and Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), where he serves as Chief Intelligence and Innovation Officer. He is renowned for introducing crucial medical treatments and co-designing life-saving devices. As editor of authoritative textbooks and founder of societies like the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society and Asia-Pacific Pediatric Cardiac Society, Dr. Chang has significantly advanced pediatric cardiac care. His pioneering work in AI led to the establishment of the Medical Intelligence and Innovation Institute (MI3) at CHOC and the creation of AIMed, a leading AI in healthcare platform.
