What we’re looking for
The AIMed Abstract Competition isn’t just about traditional scientific formats (though those are welcome!). It’s about:
✔️ Tackling real-world healthcare challenges
✔️ Designing impactful, AI-powered solutions
✔️ Sharing your creativity, clinical insights, or tech vision—no prior research or patient data required
You can submit your idea in one of two formats:
Option 1: Traditional Abstract
– Background/Problem, Methods, Results, Conclusion
Option 2: Simplified Abstract
– Background/Problem and Proposed Solution
Length: 100–300 words

All accepted entries will be showcases in our Digital Poster Gallery at AIMed25 in San Diego (November 10 -12, 2025). No printed posters are needed.

The top 15 abstracts will:
- Present their digital posters live at the event
- Be eligible for category awards
- Compete for the grand prize: a 10 minute keynote presentation on the main stage on November 12!
Even if you are not in the top 15, attending AIMed25 in person means you'll receive:
- A spot in the onsite digital poster gallery.
- Entry to a People's Choice Award (voted for by all attendees).
- Access to an exclusive Meet-the-Experts networking session.
- A chance to win a free registration for AIMed26 in a special draw.
