Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to improve equitable health outcomes. However, to bridge the healthcare equity gap, AI solutions must be designed without bias and implemented with inclusivity in mind. Particularly in underserved communities, individuals may have limited access to reliable internet connectivity and inadequate digital skills, which can create significant barriers to healthcare, hindering individuals' ability to access telemedicine services, manage their health online, and stay informed about health-related information. This session will explore how innovative AI-powered healthcare solutions can address disparities and improve access to high quality care.
