Andrew Wingen, MS, RAC, currently Director for Regulatory Policy for Bayer in Radiology, is a public policy professional trained at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. He has spent his career working on a variety of regulatory areas, spanning water resources, crop biotechnology, medical devices, and artificial intelligence, for the United States and globally. Andrew has held positions of increasing responsibility in Regulatory Affairs at the state of Minnesota, DuPont, 3M Company, and Bayer.
