Charles “Chip” Steiner has 35+ years of experience developing healthcare technologies from the concept to full clinical integration across the healthcare information, informatics & device fields. Past initiatives include interactive visual health records, patient problem list stratification, operating room resource management, implantable neuromodulation therapies and a surgical navigation GPS system to name just a few.
When Chip is not developing a clinical use case he enjoys sailing on the Great Lakes, tinkering with old cars or exploring National Parks with his two adult children.
Chip is currently the senior product manager for an AI for Healthcare agentic product suite. This product facilitates AI automation among patients, clinicians and administrative staff enabling improvements to the delivery of patient care.
