Yves A. Lussier, MD, FAMIA, FACMI, FIAHSI is Professor and Chair of Biomedical Informatics at the University of Utah. A physician–scientist and professional engineer, he has held leadership roles at Columbia, the University of Chicago, the University of Arizona, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, and served in C‑suite positions across four multi‑campus health systems. His research in AI‑augmented precision medicine and computational genomics has produced 200+ publications, >$200M in funding, 31 opening keynotes, and mentorship of 100+ trainees. He co‑founded Purkinje.com (an AI‑enabled pen‑based EHR used in 4,000+ clinics) and directed Vigilens, an AI clinical decision‑support system operating for two decades at NewYork‑Presbyterian/Columbia. He is a Fellow of AMIA, ACMI, and IAHSI and a White House Precision Medicine Summit invitee.
