Dr. William T.C. Tseng, M.D., M.P.H., FACP is a board-certified internal medicine physician and serves as Assistant Area Medical Director and Assistant Chief of Staff at Kaiser Permanente San Diego. He is a Trustee of the California Medical Association, a member of the CMA Technology Subcommittee, and serves on San Diego Kaiser Permanente’s Technology Council. Locally, he is an executive board member of the San Diego County Medical Society and Editor of its Physician Magazine.

For nearly a decade, Dr. Tseng has been a trusted media voice, appearing in news outlets and co-hosting press conferences alongside U.S. Senators, Members of Congress, and California legislators to highlight critical healthcare policy issues. He also mentors medical students at the UC San Diego School of Medicine and leads community initiatives addressing care for underserved patients.

Dr. Tseng earned his M.D. from the University of Utah, an M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins, and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
