Tiffani is an experienced leader with over 20 years of healthcare experience spanning clinical, administrative, advisory, and educational roles. Within CHOC’s Medical Intelligence, Information, Investigation, and Innovation Institute (MI4), she drives transformational change by collaborating with innovators to develop and bring new solutions to the pediatric market, including XR technologies, medical devices, and medical intelligence applications.
She serves as the Executive Director for the International Society for Pediatric Innovation (ISPI), a consortium of children’s hospitals dedicated to knowledge exchange, collaborative projects, education, and advocacy aimed at accelerating innovation in pediatric healthcare.
Tiffani earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, pursued graduate studies at Bastyr University, and completed her clinical and pediatric internship at Loma Linda University. She also holds an MBA from the University of Arizona. A Registered Dietitian with Board Certification as a Specialist in Pediatrics, she serves on multiple non-profit and medical advisory boards.
