In his role as vice president for ambulatory and post-acute services, Vic Rosenbaum is responsible for expanding access to care for patients needing outpatient imaging, laboratory, wound care and rehabilitation services; telehealth; ambulatory surgery centers; urgent care; retail pharmacy; home health; behavioral health; and home primary care.
Vic joined Orlando Health in 2017 with proven experience leading people and organizations; optimizing processes; and implementing programs at the clinic, hospital, regional and corporate levels. Previously, he held senior leadership positions in the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and private sector healthcare systems. He has worked as a consultant specializing in hospital operations and strategic/operational planning.
Vic holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a master’s degree in health administration from Chapman University, Orange, CA. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and has served as chair of the Partnership Committee of the ACHE – Central Florida chapter.
