He holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona. As a Manager in Grant Thornton Advisors’ Healthcare Business Consulting practice, he partners with health systems to drive transformational change—melding deep clinical insight with strategic rigor to optimize operations, elevate quality, and improve financial and patient‑centered outcomes.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Patrick served as Chief Clinical Officer of an early-stage, AI-based digital health startup, where he co-developed clinical decision support tools, led strategic planning, and conducted market analysis. His background includes leadership roles at not-for-profit health systems, where he led nursing programs and spearheaded initiatives in quality and patient safety.
