He is responsible for developing Advisory Board's perspective on all things digital, including telehealth, artificial intelligence, digital inequity, and data.

In a previous role at Advisory Board, John led research on hospital philanthropy, covering fundraising campaigns, grateful patient programs, and clinician engagement. John holds
degrees in music from the University of Louisville and the University of North Texas, and he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
