Building on her 16-year trajectory as a resilient healthcare manager, researcher, implementer, and knowledge broker, Jessily positions sociotechnical teams in the Americas and Europe to generate value for patients, health systems and society.
Jessily is the Principal and Founder of CureAI Insights, a boutique advisory practice specializing in human-centered design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence offerings to improve human health. She partners with organizations, innovators and entrepreneurs to solve complex challenges, develop and apply agile solutions and tools, to transfer emergent technologies from research to the bedside. She builds trust and safety to improve health outcomes while shaping the future of work to elevate the human experience. As part of her practice, she champions participatory design in health AI by nurse researchers and informaticists; as well as youth empowerment in digital health and health AI design.
During her tenure as Implementation Science and Innovation Lead, she stewarded a portfolio of high-impact projects and partnerships to improve care at Boston Children’s Hospital (BCH) and beyond; including complex multi-year, multi-site, national, and international projects in quality improvement research and implementation. Through her work with the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), she led global consensus initiatives to define and implement standard sets of patient-reported outcome measures. She supported the work of La Fédération Hospitalière de France (FHF) in piloting innovative care models for high-needs complex patients. Jessily led dozens of humanitarian missions to build capacity alongside local health systems in Latin America and the Caribbean, delivering direct care to thousands of vulnerable children and women alongside Florida Hospital (AdventHealth) teams.
Jessily holds and International Master of Public Health, specializing in Advanced Biostatistics and Epidemiology, from L'École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique. She holds a Master in Public Health and Health Management from La Escuela Andaluza de Salud Pública . She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Stetson University. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
