Sherri Douville
CEO
Medigram
Sherri Douville is CEO of Medigram, Chair of the Trustworthy Technology and Innovation Consortium (TTIC), and Co-Chair for Trust for the IEEE UL 2933 standard for clinical trust for AI infrastructure. She is trusted by top leaders where AI, infrastructure, and real-world consequence intersect. Sherri built Medigram from the ground up to support what’s coming next: AI in clinical care, under pressure, where stakes are human, financial, and reputation. Her platform and policy work shape how hospitals and investors manage trust in AI before it breaks at scale. She is a recognized force multiplier for high-integrity leaders building long-term, defensible value in healthcare. Sherri also serves as an advisor to AIMed including as track chair for the High Reliability Module and as series editor for Taylor & Francis in medical technology. She has contributed to 6 books. Previously, Sherri worked at Johnson & Johnson across more than a dozen disease states, where compliance is foundational, execution is commercial but regulated, and every move is scrutinized. There, she developed deep cross-functional fluency: regulatory, clinical, legal, and operations all working in sync, which now informs her leadership at the intersection of healthcare and AI.
