The SeekR RNA therapeutic platform uses RNA aptamers that bind specific cell surface receptors, enabling unprecedented precision in the delivery of siRNA payloads selectively to the right cell types. We have adopted AlphaFold3 (DeepMind's generative diffusion network based AI system) to predict target protein structure and 3D interactions with RNA aptamers. This presentation will discuss how AI systems like AlphaFold3 are transforming drug discovery, and creating a paradigm shift in the pharmaceutical industry.
