This presentation will explore innovative strategies for transforming learning in low- and middle-income countries through the use of technology and tailored educational approaches. Despite significant challenges such as limited resources, infrastructure gaps, and teacher shortages, new advancements in digital learning platforms, AI-driven educational tools, and community-led initiatives offer exciting possibilities to enhance educational access and quality. By addressing specific needs in these regions, including language barriers, diverse cultural contexts, and remote accessibility, technology can empower students and educators alike, closing learning gaps and creating more equitable educational opportunities. This session will provide an overview of impactful case studies, discuss the practicalities and limitations of current technologies, and consider collaborative pathways for scaling these solutions to maximize reach and sustainability.
