This project explores the use of a large scale AI- vision software to rapidly screen all head CTs, CTAs and MRI Brains in order to look for alarming findings, such as acute stroke or bleed, and coupled with a messaging software tied into our scheduling software and notify the stroke provider if any of these are any alarming findings. In preliminary studies, this has drastically reduced our stroke alert times by nearly 30 minutes which is potentially scalable to >100 hospitals that we operate telestroke services for
