The innovation world of start ups and technology is moving at light speed- but hospital integration might be analog. Recently, although nearly ½ of hospitals are leveraging AI to address staffing and capacity management, there is much less integration on the clinical side. And according to a survey by Bain & Company only 6% have governance and strategy around generative AI. And importantly, although over 500 AI enabled medical devices have been FDA approved, only a handful have been significantly integrated into the market. How can we work together to successfully integrate technology, raise awareness and get end user buy in? In this talk we will discuss the issues around this.
