Dr. Todd Feinman is a physician-entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience building tech-enabled solutions for the healthcare ecosystem. He co-founded and served as Chief Medical Officer of DrEvidence, whose software has been licensed by 16 of the top 20 biopharma companies, leading medical societies, the IHME Foundation, Kaiser, and other major healthcare organizations. In this role, Dr. Todd emerged as one of the leading experts in AI-driven medical "question-and-answer" solutions.

Drawing on his extensive clinical experience and expert knowledge of AI-enabled search engine technologies, Dr. Todd founded Evidence Compass. The company provides custom, evidence-based reports that enable clinicians and patients to make well-informed decisions, improve the quality of care, and overturn inappropriate insurance denials. Evidence Compass combines advanced AI with expert oversight—prompt engineering and clinical QA—to produce reliable summaries of published studies (and other evidence sources), avoiding the gaps and unreliable outputs common to free AI search tools. The company seeks collaborations and partnerships to build the most trusted medical search engine (“Ask a Question, Get a data-driven answer”) for clinical and patient use.

Before moving into health technology, Dr. Feinman helped launch the first hospitalist programs in Southern California and served as medical director of a large physician group. He earned his MD from UCLA and completed internal medicine training.
