Bud is an Emergency Medicine physician by training, but has held multiple leadership and operational roles within the continuum of patient care. He has also spearheaded multiple entrepreneurial ventures in and around the healthcare space. While mentoring many young physicians, he realized there was a common concern about the ongoing financial stability in medicine. There are currently strong reimbursement headwinds which will likely only worsen in the future. Young healthcare professionals universally seem to want alternate streams of revenue while also knowing that they are helping patients. Bud created SBCP with these specific goals in mind.
