Raghunath Sapuram (Raghu) is the CEO of TLEX Institute USA, an organization that develops resilience, emotional intelligence, and collaborative leadership across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and public institutions. An IIT Chennai graduate with over 35 years in technology and leadership, Raghu co-founded several Austin-based startups, including Gravitant Inc., later acquired by IBM. At IBM, he served as a Distinguished Engineer, shaping product strategy, technology integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
