Dr. Pia Banerjee is the inaugural Director of Cancer Innovation & Transformation at the American Cancer Society, where she leads national initiatives in digital health and care delivery.

As a clinical neuropsychologist, health tech executive, and researcher, she impacts tens of millions of individuals annually through the AI-enabled platforms and telehealth clinics she has created from the ground up.

Dr. Banerjee previously served as Senior Vice President and founding clinical executive at Neuroglee Therapeutics, and earned international recognition for her research at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Dr. Banerjee completed her undergraduate degree at MIT, her Master’s degree and PhD at Washington University in St. Louis, and her postdoctoral fellowship at UCLA.
