Dr. Bhimani completed his medical school and Emergency Medicine residency at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He served in multiple roles during his 20 year clinical career including roles in quality assurance, safety, medical staff leadership, and as medical group president.

He continued to follow his desire to effect broader change in healthcare delivery and served as the Chief Physician Executive at O'Connor Hospital, a vital part of Santa Clara County Health, navigating the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, leading him to assume the role of Hospital Executive at O'Connor Hospital. Subsequently, Dr. Bhimani served as Chief Operating Officer at El Camino Health, focusing on building a culture of continuous improvement and optimizing hospital operations.

Leveraging his deep experience in hospital operations, efficiency and innovation, Dr. Bhimani co-founded and serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Hippocratic AI, the first safest focused Large Language Model (LLM) for healthcare.
