She holds advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from MIT, Clinical Informatics from AMIA, and Analytics & Data Governance from CHIME. Helen blends clinical expertise with technical fluency to lead health system EHR optimization, AI integration, and data literacy initiatives that empower care teams and operational leaders alike.
She has deployed ambient documentation tools, predictive models, and population health solutions in enterprise Epic environments; always centering usability, inclusivity, and patient impact. A dedicated educator, she has designed Epic and data literacy training for executives and clinicians within her health system.
