Patrick Bradley is a nurse leader and healthcare advisor with more than 15 years of experience across clinical care, health system operations, consulting, and digital health. As a Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Total Revenue practice, he advises health systems on clinical and operational transformation, with a focus on patient progression, care management, quality, and financial performance. Across his work, Patrick brings a clinician’s perspective to the use of data, AI, and digital tools, emphasizing solutions that improve decision-making and fit real-world clinical workflows.
Previously, Patrick was a Manager in Grant Thornton Advisors’ Healthcare Business Consulting practice and Chief Clinical Officer of an AI-based digital health startup, where he co-developed clinical decision-support tools and led clinical and product strategy. His earlier experience includes clinical and nursing leadership within not-for-profit health systems. He also served on the American Nurses Association’s Innovation Advisory Committee on Data Science, Artificial and Augmented Intelligence.
